Four conference rooms cater for groups of 5 to 120. The meeting rooms vary in size and have an abundance of fresh country air and natural light which means your team will be working in an optimum environment for concentration and contribution. Large windows offer brilliant views of the stunning gardens and there is easy access to the outdoor areas - perfect for break-out groups during the day.

At Northridge we have 27 well-appointed accommodation rooms available for your overnight conference group. These elegant suites accommodate up to 46 delegates twin-share or double occupancy. For larger groups, additional accommodation can also be arranged at alternative Auckland facilities nearby.
The relaxed environment, wide open spaces and newly refurbished comfortable facilities all combine to give you a positive and productive conference experience.

Northridge Country Lodge has a reputation for superb cuisine. We offer a savory home-baked option for morning tea and a sweet item for afternoon tea. Lunch is a delicious healthy buffet. Our delicious three course set dinner menu has three choices on offer. Dishes are chef’s choice using fresh local seasonal produce.
For extended conference stays, we may offer a Gourmet Carvery Buffet and a Gourmet BBQ. A four course Degustation 'tasting menu', showcases our chef's inspired cuisine.
We are happy to arrange fresh cut fruit, cheeseboards and pre-dinner nibbles, canapés and buffet options tailored to suit. All menus are created daily.
Northridge Country Lodge in Auckland is the perfect location for activities and team-building held both on site and in near-by locations. Whether you need an ice-breaker to create a positive atmosphere, a mid-conference break to refresh and rejuvenate or a ‘final hoorah’ at the end of a busy conference, there will be something here to suit your needs.
Golf is free of charge for our residential conference guests along with outdoor chess, petanque and croquet, all of which are available on site. Archery, pulse-ranger and electronic clay-bird shooting can also be arranged on site, at an additional charge.
We can assist with booking activities nearby such as indoor snow skiing, ten-pin bowling, horse riding, fishing, mountain biking and 4WD motorbike safaris.

Northridge Country Lodge offers a 9-hole golf course on-site with an average par four for our corporate guests. Play a round of golf amongst tall established trees, clearly defined water hazards and putting greens. Golf is free of charge for our overnight conference guests.Green Fees for Conference Day Guests:
